Honestly, is it really THAT offensive to tell someone they have a Big belly at a certain week?

Some women are totally small full term. And some are really noticably pregnant! Is it honestly a "you should never say to a pregnant woman about her size belly" thing? I personally dont see an issue! Everyone obviously grows?

I don't understand why we find it necessary to comment on someone else's body at all ever....

I wasn't upset by it but by 39 weeks I was over Every. Single. Person. Saying the same thing!
I just wanted to reply with "yes I heard that literally two seconds ago from that *points* person over there

I think it's rude and unnecessary to comment on the size or shape of a woman's body at any time.  I don't see why a woman being pregnant should make her body 'fair game'.  Why do it?

I don't get offended at all when someone says my belly looks big for how far along I am! If they say it about my ass, however... 😅 lol

Its more so that people have a tendency to pop up with "you're ONLY ___weeks??" Or "you're SURE there's not two in there?" 
Or the opposite with "you don't look pregnant though." "You're too small to be that far along"
I see a lot of women on the site positively commenting "OMG THAT BELLY!" type comments and that's totally cool. But when people don't carry close to expectation, it can make them feel bad LOL

I don't understand it either! I take those comments and think "wow! Thanks! That means my baby is heathy and growing exactly how he should be!!". When people make comments like that they are looking at your belly...where a human is growing! I'd think they'd assume they'd be bigger and be fine with it. Some get really touchy over trivial things. Embrace it! 💓

You should just tell them that their bump looks beautiful. You never know how you will make them feel if you say they look big or small

With all the hormones raging in a pregnant woman's body, I think it's best to just not comment on her size at all. You never know how she will react, and you really can't expect her to be reasonable at a time like that.

I don't see what the big deal is either. I mean it's not like it's going to stay that way forever unless you were already larger to begin with or just not do anything after baby is born.

I don't think it's a big deal. (Yes I've been pregnant) it's a beautiful happy thing to have a big belly when you're pregnant in my ipinion. You're little baby is in there growing big!
