So on Wednesday I finally got my implant! And I'm very happy I finally did it after being so terrified of needles 😂 I was just wondering my nurse said I should leave the dressing (a plaster) on until the weekend and I've taken it off but left the stitches because I don't think you take them off, my friends say leave them till they come off themselves but I'm not sure if that's true and if I'm allowed to get it wet now? They had to wrap plastic and tape it round my arm so it wouldn't get wet, but I don't know if it's safe to let water on it yet? Any advice would be grand ☺️
