Must have items for hospital bag?

I guess I should probably start packing my hospital bag! Or at least start gathering things that I'm going to need. Can you ladies help me out with any recommendations? I'm a first time mom and have no idea what I'm doing lol

-Chapstick!!!! 
-Loose change of clothes 
-Granny Panties 
-pads (although hospital usually provides)
-petri bottle to wash after you use the bathroom (my hospital also provides this) 
-adult diapers (trust me) 
-toiletries 
-phone charger 
-pen & paper
-health care & ID
-nursing tank & bra
-contacts,glasses,solution if needed
-snacks or change for vending machine 
-socks
-your own pillow 
-slippers or flip flops 
-robe
-nursing pillow

Baby
-one or two newborn & 0-3m sleepers
-cute outfit to take home in (I don't do this)
-soother
-diapers & wipes 
-swaddle blanket 
-scratch mittens 
-hat 
-car seat 
-blanket 
- Bottle & formula if you don't plan on breast feeding & your hospital doesn't provide

Dad
-change of clothes 
-some toiletries 
-pillow & blanket 
-snacks
-phone & phone charger

I think that's about all I took for the birth of my daughter and it was plenty!

I would reach out to the hospital you're delivering at and ask what they provide. My hospital gave me a list of recommended items and told me what they already provide.
