I'm 33 weeks and I'm in bed having pretty intense BH that caused me to go to the bathroom and poop, (soft stool) and it also made me nauseated so I was puked as well.. A lot. This happened yesterday too.. I'm starting to get worried that I'm having actual contractions because its in my lower back. I go to the DR in the morning. What should I do??? I almost wanna go take a warm bath but everyone is sleeping.
