Sharp pain, not too intense. Sometimes in the vaginal area.

They're like a pulling/stretching sensation. Like cramps, but a bit more localized and sharper. Early in my pregnancy, I would get them if I moved or sat up too fast or if I coughed or sneezed while laying flat on my back. I'm 23 weeks now and haven't had any noticeable ones in quite some time, but they were pretty frequent the first couple of months.
