TMI - Yeast Infection?

I've been having discharge and today it looked more like this? What is it? And how did it happen?

Yes it happens because when you wear tight pants or leggings / yoga pants the discharge that come sout of your vagina just stays there and it get swampy and eventually an infection happens down there.

Normal cervical mucus. But if it doesn't change in a week or so I advice a doctors visit
