Crying happy tears

I just went on my registry and saw that someone has already bought the infant car seat, stroller and pack and play. Unreal to me that people would show such kindness! I was afraid to make a registry because I didn't want to seem desperate and here I am crying because someone genuinely cares about my little family. Have you gotten anything bought for you off of your registry yet?
