Hi Ladies, when you bring the baby home, will they be sleeping in a bassinet 1st or straight to the crib? Our original plan was crib right away, since nursery is steps away from our bedroom and we have a baby monitor and nice little set up in there with a glider etc for nighttime feedings or if I fall asleep lol. However my parents just bought us a bassinet (they offered to return if we don't want) but I'm hesitant to use if my husband comes to bed late or when the dogs come up to bed they will make too much noise and wake the baby. We have two pugs that sleep at the foot of our bed but get very excited for their bedtime treat and bark their way up to their bed = ) I don't want to banish them from the bedroom for fear of acting out with a new baby at home and so many changes!
