Pregnant or period ?

Ok so, I had my period June 11th I had my regular six days but I also start bleeding on June 24th there was no cramps just heavy bleeding . I've been having unprotected sex but I took a pregnancy test July 1rst and it was negative and just continue to have unprotected sex )btw he always released inside of me). I'm like 8-9 days late on my period and I tested Friday July 15th and it was also negative. So today I have a small amount of spotting, idk whether it's my period or the implantation bleeding because there are no cramps. Somebody please help me?
