Headache help

I have preeclampsia and I am being induced Friday but right now I have a terrible headache. I took some Tylenol like 3 hours ago and it hasn't helped at all. In fact my head feels worse. I called my doctors triage nurse but of course she didn't answer. Does  anyone know when I can take more or if I shouldn't take more? Or any other headache suggestions? I don't know if I can last 3 more days with this headache.
