Non stop period on birth control

Just wanted to vent my serious issues with birth control. Because of a clotting disorder I am unable to take any BC with estrogen in it. As a result I can only use progestin based BCs. I have tried the depo shot, nexplanon and currently have the mirena IUD. On depo I had a period non-stop for almost a year and was incredibly emotional and depressed, same with nexplanon. When I started depo I begin struggling with major acne as well. Currently with mirena I'm on a bleeding schedule of two weeks off, two weeks on. It's so frustrating but I don't have any other options. I don't trust myself to take a pill reliably. Anyone else have serious birth control problems???? ☹️🆘
