6 weeks 6 days ultrasound issues
I went to the hospital yesterday for excessive vomiting and spotting a little bit every morning for a week
When I was at the hospital they did some blood work and an ultrasound
The doctor who reviewed the ultrasound said there was a live fetus with a beating heart of 132 bpm, my HCG was at 44,000
They told me that although there was a live fetus in my uterus the ultrasound tech had told the doctor it looked irregular
They also said there was some hemorrhaging near the sac and didn't tell me anything else and advised that my OB would follow up with me .
They didn't even show me the ultrasound at any point .
What does this mean ? Has anyone been in this situation
I wasn't told exactly what was going on just that something was going on, that's it . They didn't tell me why ? Or what to expect . I have my appointment on Friday with my OB to follow up . But has anyone here been in this situation ? Or anything similar ?
