DH and I BD every day of my fertile window and one day after and got pregnant our first try! I am 33 with one tube and ovary and he's 41 and neither of us have had children. We've been together for over 6 years and married nearly 5 and I was never on birth control we just used pull out and pray lol. We feel very fortunate!

Yes!! I literally had sex 3 days before and 3 days after my fertility window! Conceived in my first cycle!!
