Menstrual Cups
Hey! So, my birth control makes me spot everyday just every so lightly, and lately tampons have been irritating me A LOT! No matter the aborcensy or brand they don't really fill up but leak out of the bottom. It's frustrating to wear at the beach/ pool. Do you think that a menstrual cup would be okay to use for spotting through out the day? Thanks!
