Period Rash please help!!

I usually wear tampons during the day and pads at night but I made the mistake and wore a pad the whole day. Clearly I'm allergic because I'm itchy around the outside and it stings I finished my period but am bleeding from somewhere. It's so uncomfortable I don't know what to do! Please help! :'(
