Do you have a Fitbit? Do you like it?

Question

I have been trying to lose weight and pay more attention to my health lately. My 21st birthday is Saturday and my husband's friend is selling her Fitbit Flex for $60, so my husband said he would get it for me if I want it. If you have one, what's the pros and cons to it? I don't know anyone that has one. You opinions will help me decide if we want to purchase one. Thanks ladies :)

I bought myself a flex one and at first loved it and then it died and I took it off to charge it and never put it back on 🙈 I thought it would motivate me to move more but It honestly didn't change much for me. I want to charge it and try again because I think it's great to watch how much I move and my sleep patterns

I have the one and I love it even above the wrist band options because I put it on my bra and I don't have to keep remembering to put It on.

$60 is a little high for a flex. You can get a charge HR for $50.

I love mine. I log all my calories and water intake. I think it keeps me accountable. I have the blaze so i can track my heart rate during my workouts which I love. I'm not so motivated by just the step count though.

I had a jawbone up24 (before it got stolen) and it was helpful :) I'd forget it was on and it measured my exercise and sleep patterns. By having it I would try to crush my previous step count and make sure I got enough sleep. So I reckon it was worth having it but I've adapted well to not having it by keeping the routine I made for bedtime and having a step counter on my phone, which isn't always accurate but still helps x

My husband and I got some from his work to promote healthy living. We used them for a month and eventually got bored with it. We both walk a LOT at work not to mention we get cardio in each morning so we would hit our goal by 11am and it wouldn't be fun anymore. 
Also, I tried to get back into wearing mine last month and it's already broken! I won't be buying one anytime soon 😕

I love mine.!!! I've had it for a while now. I knew I walked a lot with taking care of my kids but never thought I walk any where between 17000 and 24000 steps a day. Sometimes it's higher. Those are the days my feet really hurt lol . U should definitely get it!
