A big question that has been eating me up is the ultrasound experience. What was it like? Was it all bright and cheerful and did you actually get to see the monitor while the ultrasound was being preformed like in most pictures and movies. I'm talking about your typical let's see how things are going ultrasound. I'm waiting till around 22 weeks to have mine done. I'm sure each hospital is different so I want to hear your experience.

Also, do most hospitals give you the pictures from the ultrasound to keep or do they typically charge?
