Is it ever going to happen? 🤔

I'm almost 30 in 6 months. When I was 21 I had HPV. I've Had one major operation called a L.E.A.P procedure, and a few other small ones. While trying to get pregnant I've been discouraged.... But now my friend told me that my tubes might have fatty tissue building up because of those procedures and that might be why I can't get pregnant?!? Does anyone have information about this or have struggled the same as me?! Please help

I had that procedure, had HPV at 20, have endometriosis and a laparoscopy. I have a daughter that's 2 and pregnant right now with one miscarriage. Took me a year to get pregnant after my miscarriage. Don't get discouraged, it can definitely happen!

Talk to your gyno. I had hpv , the leep and another surgery in my twenties and had no issue getting pregnant. They do check you at an ultrasound to see cervix and scar tissue to verify you can have a vaginal birth but never heard of anything related to a problem in our tubes, the leep doesn't do anything up that high I thought.

I had HPV and a leap procedure done when I was 23 then when I turned 27 found out I was pregnant. Now my daughter is 9. The only issues it caused me was that during labor I wasn't dilating. Then the Dr. saw that I had some scar tissue keeping my cervix closed. She just scraped it off and boom...dilated right away.

I have HPV and I got pregnant. But got an abortion. 😞 now I'm trying. I'm gonna be 30 also. This breaks my heart. Hope the best for hun 💋

You would not have fatty tissue build up in your tubes from those procedures.

I also had a leap and laparoscopy when I was in my mid twenties.  Took about 8 months, but had my first when I was 29.  I am now 32 and have been trying for #2 for about a year. My doctor has never mentioned those procedures playing any role in conception for me.
