So, lately I've  been experiencing lots of pain in my nipples and I'm not sure what to do about this. It's af the sensation of getting hard but in a painful aspect, though they remain soft. And today I noticed that these ridges started to appear on my areoles. They're sort of vein like. But I'm scared does anyone know what this could be or the cause of this. I had originally  though it was because of my bra but I haven't worn one since the day before.
