3D scans?

Does anybody know if these are available on the NHS?  I know that I will be having a 2D ultrasound in a couple of weeks but quite like the idea of having a 3D scan later in my pregnancy.

3/4D r private so u have to pay NHS does not fund this

Thanks, I'll do some research and see what is available in my area. Hopefully I can get one at a decent price. Dont want to spend loads just for the sake of having one 3D photo.

They aren't available free unless there's a specific medical need, but in some areas (including where I live)  you can pay for a 3d scan at the NHS hospital - they're more expensive than the private place I've used though and based on my regular scan experience the private provider is much nicer.

Nope not necessary so not available on the nhs, you would have to pay to have one done. If you have a look around you can get them quite cheaply
