So I'm due July 27th and really have no idea what a contraction feels like.. I've had some irregular cramping the last couple weeks and BH tightening.. Are contractions just something that happens and you're like "oh, I guess THATs a contraction" lol? I just have no idea what to expect / look for. We're seeing a midwife so they don't do dialation checks until you're past 40 weeks.
