I'm a 36 h and I just use coconut oil on my whole body and it's helped alot. It makes them sweat a little more (or just feel kinda oily) but I've only had an issue with my thighs once and i walked alot that day. I put coconut oil on after my shower and th3 next day it was much better!!!
