First pregnancy nerves???

This is my first time in life ever being pregnant. Everyday I pray the baby is growing happy and healthy. Does anyone feel this way if this is their first one? I try to play music to stay calm but at night I toss and turn.

It's my first too, it's scary. I get so worried about it so much but of course we have to keep a positive mind.

I do. I pray over my baby every morning and every night. I do relaxation techniques that focus on breathing and stretching, and I play soothing music. I also draw/color and it really helps my stress! God bless you and your baby!!

First timer here too and i feel the same exact way. I try and keep myself occupied so my mind and my thoughts dont run wild but its hard. I just want my baby to grow healthy and be prefect. Im sooo scared for many reasons.I am literally petrified that i might possibly do something to hurt the baby.I toss and turn and wake up countless times atnight.But i have an amazing support system that helps me relax and not stress. So yes id say its normal to feel this way

You're not alone! My sleep sucks from the nerves. I get regular acupuncture and massage to help keep me mellow :)

This is my second and I still have those feelings (hence it is almost midnight and I am up reading and typing this). Hang in there. I keep telling myself whatever happens is meant to happen. 😊
