Hmm what is going on
So I had my FET 11 days ago. Well 3 days after FET I was getting very nauseous and that lasted 3 days. The 4th day I had pink/ brown spotting that lasted just that day. The nausea went away and started getting period like cramps. So yesterday I got my positive home pregnancy test and now worried it will be another mc. Should I worry or do symptoms come and go like this.
