Nasal Congestion help!!!!

I m 22 weeks and for the past 3 months my allergies have been killing me!! Now it's just the congestion. I spend about two hours per day stuffed up!!!! If I ever fall asleep and take a nap or wake up to pee or mornings is the absolute worst as soon as my eyes pop open BAM my nose swells shut. Ive been using Allegra pills and over the counter medicated nasal spray it's not just plain saline it has meds in it....the doctor said it's not been studied but doesn't want me to use it. I don't know what else to do... I know it's got to be this pregnancy making my allergies and congestion go into overdrive. I'm about to try local honey to see if that helps. Any other natural safe products? Ive tried humidifies and air purifies....I'm miserable and just want my little boy to stay safe......
