Pregnancy right after miscarriage

Hi Friends. Last night I miscarried. I was 9 weeks 6 days. My last US was at 6 weeks and we saw a heartbeat of 135. I was spotting, but they said it was fine. I kept spotting brown and sometimes red, and worse with a bowel movement. Then last night I had cramps and kept feeing like I had to go to the bathroom and the bleeding progressed until I passed a lot of tissue. I'm devastated and scared because I only have half an ovary due to cancer when I was 19. I'm 30 now. This was my first pregnancy. I want this so bad and want to try again immediately. Can anyone share their stories of getting pregnant right after a miscarriage? Or any rainbow baby stories! How did you cope the second time? Did you go to the doctor to monitor the second pregnancy closer? Did you find anything that could prevent another miscarriage? Anything that might be helpful, please. I'm in so much emotional pain right now.
