I had spots of the same color, my doctor said it was from dehydration. Id call the doctor. My solution was to implement more formula to make sure she got what she needed. I did & that color went away.

If it's a girl it's normal for them to have a bit of bloody/mucusy vaginal discharge from hormones

I think I it's a girl it's normal to have some as they're passing through your urine. But my little'un never did. But that much there I'd be inclined to call the hospital
