Can you get pregnant by just having sex on the day you get a peak?

I've had negative opk all this week, so we haven't baby danced due to being tired from work. Tonight we were feeling frisky and I had to use the restroom and decided to take an opk and check my cervix just to see. I have high soft cervix, very stretchy ewcm, and a peak opk! Can I still get pregnant from just having sex today and tomorrow???

I usually ovulate 2 days after I get a positive OPK. Maybe add one more day to be safe. But either way, it could still happen. Sperm lives for days so as long as you haven't missed O day there is a chance

Yes. The day before ovulation ovulation (the day of positive opk test) is the best day to do it. That's your highest chance. Do it tomorrow too.
