How to lose weight when pregnant?

I need advise on how to lose weight or tone when I am pregnant. I want a perfect body!

Unless you are SEVERELY overweight (like over 350lbs) it is ABSOLUTELY NOT advisable or safe to lose weight while pregnant.  For any reason,  under any circumstances,  period. Don't deprive your baby.  Don't give your baby birth defects.

Your body isn't meant to lose weight when pregnant. Nobody has a perfect body. Learn to love yourself and enjoy your pregnancy for your sake and your baby's. Starting new exercises like squats or lifting weights while pregnant when you didn't do it before is dangerous and not good for your body. To stay fit while pregnant, you can walk or swim or do yoga. Some light weights gradually.

I've seen your posts before and I hope you learn to love yourself and treat yourself better, even when your husband isn't doing that for you..

You shouldn't lose much weight while you are pregnant. If you avoid junk food, fried greasy foods and concentrated sweets you may be able to stay around the same weight. I'm doing weight watchers, but only to maintain. I'm trying to not gain a bunch of weight! :) And as far as the toning, if you exercised a lot before you were pregnant you should be able to continue if your doctor approves (with some things modified). If you didn't workout before hand, you don't want to start now with anything intense. Walking is a good way to stay active and fit. Good luck!

Losing weight is not going to make ur husband love u more or stop whatever is happening with that other girl, ur baby will suffer as a result and ur pregnancy will be more stressful

You shouldn't start any new exercises during pregnancy. Especially if you didn't work out before pregnancy. And never go on a diet or restrict food unless your Dr says to! Enjoy your pregnancy and don't worry about having the "perfect" body. It doesn't exist and you'll only make you and your baby stressed out and unhappy!

You want a perfect body while your pregnant? Your not meant to lose weight while pregnant if anything your meant to gain weight. If you don't want to gain much just avoid junk foods and soda ect.
