I agree that in rare cases SOME may do things for attention but the very few who do must have other issues going on to do it for attention anyway. (Someone in the family is like this unfortunately). But the majority of people are genuine and no one should be tarred with the same brush, this girl was way too harsh and has clearly never worked with people before and is living in her own perfect bubble world 🙄 But just for arguments sake- if she really does believe that everyone does these things for attention, it's still not a smart thing to put on Facebook or wherever it was 🙈 just no 🙈🙈🙈 it'll come back to bite her on the ass one day and it'll serve her right.

That's disgusting another human being would think that. I used to cut and it wasn't about attention it was because I had been so depressed for so long I was numb and I needed to feel something anything. I would cut on my legs so that I could hide it. I overcame it with a lot of therapy. People need to be considerate of what other people may be going through. This is what is wrong with the wold.

Here's the thing, often times people like that do need attention, but that's the thing! All people need a certain amount of love, care and affection to grow and be happy as a person. And if they don't get that, they often become depressed and go looking for that love and care. They're not 'attention seeking whores', they're normal humans that are looking for their most basic needs. Didn't know that was such a bad thing.
