Sleep regression? 😒 && passing stool?

Can sleep regression begin before four months my daughter will be four months on the 30th n I believe she started early any one else have the same experience.. And does anyone have advice on helping my baby pass stool she's mostly breastfed but here and their I give formula when I don't have enough. My doctor recommended mineral oil but I read it's not so good any one tried it before?
