Taking my preemie out

My daughter was born 10.5 weeks early. She is now 8 weeks old, and I'm wondering at what age it's safe to have her around a lot of people. We want to have a "Welcome Home Baby" shower since she came before we could have our normal baby shower. I'm definitely waiting until after she gets her 2 month vaccines, but how long after that should we plan to have the shower or take her to visit people?
