Skyla and periods

I've had my Skyla since June 1st and I am still spotting on and off, mostly on. I starting taking vitamin E and the spotting actually stopped for a couple days. I had one pretty normal period. My period is supposed to start tomorrow but yesterday I had some more red colored spotting than usual, but not much just like a third of a teaspoon. Even less than that today. Could that be my period or not? Also has anyone had a vitamin e allergy when they took it for spotting? I think I might be having that as well, or I'm just a hypochondriac (:
