Tampon worsening cramps??

so I'm 15 and have recently started using tampons, when I'm wearing a tampon my cramps get worse, like a lot worse, but when I take it out I feel better (if only a little bit) is there any reason why??

This happens to a lot of women so don't worry! I'm different. When I wear tampons my cramps are not that excruciating. When I don't wear a tampon my cramps are beyond excruciating.

Idk why but it does cause cramps to worsen for most girls. Maybe it blocks a little too much? Or the muscles have to try harder when theres something in them?
