Painful cramps

This past Thursday I was at work the last hour of my shift and I started feeling bad cramps in my stomach . I was two days away from having my period so I just that I had to really go or let some gas off. As the time got closer to getting off work my cramps go worse so I went to the bathroom to see if I go maybe the cramps will stop. No it didn't and I still had about 20 minutes before I can go home. Finally I get off work and run home to go to the bathroom and release the cranps..I was in the bathroom for two hours and no matter how much I pushed the cramps got worse. It was so bad that I passed out for a minute or two before my mom screamed my name asking if I was alright. The cramps got even worse and I throw up and than it felt like something wanted to come up and out of my chest. After two hours I finally got out of the bathroom and barely made it to my bed where I passed out again from the pain. I woke after 3 hours and the cramps was gone. I have no idea what it was but I pray I never experience that again. I think maybe I should tell my doctor and get my stomach checked out.
