So I get really bad cramps my first experience had me screaming tbh. But I've tried midol, Tylenol, Motrin but nothing seems to help. Anyone know something that can help relieve the pain? Drinking water eases it a bit but it still hurts.

Try taking 2 ibuprofen in the morning before you get cramps. Then take 2 later in the evening and if at any time you feel the slightest cramping during the day, take 1 or 2. The key is prevention, don't let the cramps start because it's almost impossible to make them go away, you just have to let them run their course.
