Sleeping in diaper?

And my house lately he gets up to 80 degrees with the swamp cooler on and it seems like my baby sleeps better now in the morning the temperature is about 73 74 is it still safe for my baby to be in her diaper only? Or is that too cold in your opinion

I read somewhere that you need to touch baby's neck. It should be warm, but not sweaty. If baby's neck is chilly to the touch, he/she is too cold.

I usually put my little in a long sleeved onesie and Aden and Anais sleep sack. I love the sacks, as they are light enough to not overheat her and she can't pull them up to her face. My house is probably about the same temp while she's going to sleep, but we leave our windows open and Montana nights get chilly. So far the sack and onesie have worked great to keep her warm!

I know babies shouldn't have blankets, but I just give her a blanket in the morning once it's starting to get cold. She wants it even when the house is 90. I don't really worry about her chocking on it, her bassinet won't let her roll over with it, and she kicks it off when she don't want it. When she goes to her crib I'll have to do something else. :-/

My son sleeps in just a diaper all the time and it's cooler than that by a bit in our house.
