Horrible periods 😞

I've always had pretty painful periods. The cramps are so bad it hurts to sit up, lay down, walk or drive. It takes everything I have to keep working the three days the pain occurs. I've tried all the medications, nothing helps. My cramps stay painful, my boobs hurt even without touching them, I bleed through tampons as if I have an unlimited supply. I've been to the doctor and had them look to see if I have endometriosis or ovarian cysts but they said the ultrasound came back normal. It just started recently hurting during sex, like it feels like he's stabbing me in the stomach. I go back Tuesday to talk more and figure out what's causing all of this pain. I just hope it isn't what's causing me to not get pregnant.. And if it is, I hope it can easily be fixed.
