Hey, I'm a hoe

So, I was sleeping and 'talking' to this guy but it felt like he was ashamed of being with me cause he never wanted anyone to see me with him, so I started talking to someone else and I ended it with the first guy. I'm really happy with the guy I'm talking to now, but the problem is that they are best friends but neither one knows what happened with the other. How do I tell the guy with now about what happened with his best friend? And yes I am a hoe 😅
