Acutane Experiences

Hi guys! I'm starting the process of getting on acutane and I'm curious what other people have experienced while on it! I know there are some negative side effects but as of now the benefits out way the cons. If you are on or have ever taken acutane (or another brand name) what was your experience? Would you recommend it to someone else? Do you have any cautionary tales?
