How much weight did you gain during pregnancy ? How much have you lost and in how long ? I'm one month pp with a c section gained about 45 and only lost like 13 lbs after a month. I still have my linea negra and look like I'm 5 months pregnant. 😐😔 how did you girls do it to lose weight ? I'm also breastfeeding and no weight loss with that either. When did you start exercising ? What exercises ?
