A whole night away from baby

My husband and I haven't been out on a date since my daughter was born. She's breastfed and we bed share. Will not take a bottle. Our anniversary is coming up in December and she will be 11 months by then. We were thinking of getting a hotel and spending the night out. She'd stay with her grandparents.

Is this a bad idea? Do 11 month olds still dream eat? Any tips or suggestions?
