Short nursing sessions

Anyone else have a baby that nurses really quickly? My almost two week old was nursing 10/10 before my milk came in now I'm lucky to get 5 and 5. He was back to his birth weight in less than a week and has the correct amount of wet and dirty diapers so he's getting what he needs. My first son did this as well and the doctor would pressure me to force him to nurse longer and he would then over feed and puke everything back up. I know he is doing fine but I'm curious how many other moms have this struggle?
