Strange Dream

I had a dream last night that my ex and his family came into my work and they all hugged me and my ex and I were staring at each other and we were smiling and then his older brother said "C'mon, why don't you guys just get back together?" What can it mean? I've been open to the idea of that but my ex hasn't spoken to me in nearly 8 months.
