Should I rule Pregnancy Out?

So my period was due 4 days ago, and I took a test 2 days ago, but it was negative. I've never been more than a day late, but I have no symptoms. I did however have thick and creamy discharge leading up to my expected period, and a slight pinkish discharge the past two days accompanied by minor cramps. Is it possible that I could still be pregnant, or should I rule it out?
