Mucus plug and cramps??! 25 weeks

Each time when I wiped after using the bathroom today there has been white/clear jelly stuff. Not lots but it does look like my mucus plug just without the blood ( this is my third pregnancy) and I've been having cramps For the past hour. Not too painful and they don't come and go like contractions. It's just a consistent dull cramping. Has anyone else had this? I haven't with my other two and wondering if I should go get checked out?
