Phenergan for nausea?

Don't know that I spelt that right, but my doctor prescribed me phenergan for nausea? I didn't expect that, especially for morning sickness cause it makes you sleepy or it does me anyways. Anyone else taken it during pregnancy?

I've taken Phenergan for years so I'm used to the sleepiness and it doesn't affect me much anymore but when I first started or if I have to take more than 1 dose a day (it's prescribed for every 4 to 6 hours as needed for nausea, but if I took that much all I would do is sleep) then I am knocked out.

I was on it at first. Zofran didn't do anything but then again it never has for me, and phenagren works wonders.
