Please help. I'm bleeding !!

I'm 6 weeks pregnant today & I have woken up with stomach cramps. Not pelvic cramps but higher up kind of the same as hunger pains or when you have had gastro for days. It's not excruciating but I've gone to the toilet & I am bleeding. It is light pink & I would say a medium amount. I am also feeling nauseous. Please tell me it's not what I think it is. Any other mums experience this? Waiting for my doctor to open :( SOS.
