Hcg level rollercoaster!! PLEASE HELP!!

So I found out I'm pregnant on 7/10. On 7/19 got my blood drawn it was at 606. That night I started having VERY mild cramping(lower right side) and light bright red bleeding (once only when I wiped) went to the E.R. just to check and levels at e.r. were at 835 (1am on 7/20), nothing on u/s, was dehydrated, bleeding and cramping stopped. On 7/20 at 11am levels went down to 431. Now on 7/25 at 9am they went to 539. Spotting still, no cramps, sometimes sharp pain on lower right side, still have pregnancy symptoms. Now I feel sore and lower right side is throbbing every now and then with pain. I'm going again on 7/27 to get levels checked again but the waiting is terrible :/ just need some insight as to what yalls guesses would be. I'm thinking ectopic. Have had a blighted ovum a few years back and a history of cyst.
