Scary day today 😢

Today around 12pm i was laying in bed as usual before work. I had originally thought I was 10 weeks. I have really bad gas so I tried to push a little. Soon after that i felt liquid leaking from me 😟. I get up to go to the restroom and blood is gushing out everywhere, all over the bed and carpet in my room and all the way to the bathroom. The doctor says that I could be in the first stages of miscarriage or everything could be perfectly fine. I'm praying for the latter. But in a more positive light, the doctor says that I'm actually 12 WEEKS and my baby heart beat is healthy at 160 beats 😊😊😊! I can't lie Today has been one of the scariest days of my life!
